Learn more about how the tiles in the desk view are structured and what information you get about them.

Structure of the tile

A tile is suitable for a quick overview of the process. It contains general information about the process such as title, status, and responsible person.

General information about the process

The purple batch in the upper right corner contains the unique ID of the process.

To the left of the ID you will find the title of the process.

Below the ID you can see the responsible person of the process.

In the lower left corner you will see the potential of the process.

What does the blue dot mean?

If there are changes after you last viewed the process, a blue dot appears in front of the title on the tile.

What does the star mean?

Use the star at the bottom right to add the process to your favorites.

Display of the status of a process

Have you noticed the colored marker on the left side of the tile? Here you can see the current status of the process depending on the selected effective period.

  • Red = Start of effectiveness is in the past and the measure is still open
  • Orange = The start of effectiveness is in less than 14 days
  • Green = Start of effectiveness is in more than 14 days
  • No coloring = Discarded, completed, or there is no start of effectiveness yet
