What is the Desk View?
The desk provides a central overview of all processes and their current status. Each individual tile on the desk is a process. If there are new changes to a process, they are marked with a small blue dot in the tile.
Where can I find the Desk View?
- Go to "Processes"
- Switch the view to "Desk" if necessary
How can I display specific processes?
In the Desk view, all filter options are available. Use the filters to customize the view to your question.
NOTE: Only the measures that are visible to the user are displayed in the desk.
HINT: No blue dot in a measure tile means that there is no change to the measure and therefore there may be no progress!
