User administration

Learn how to create users, change a user's email address, and set permissions.

NOTE: Only users with administration permission can edit this section. If you are not activated for the administration section, please contact the internal contact person.

You can access the User Administration section by clicking on your Profilicon > Administration. Then go to "Users & Access" > Users.

Number of licenses

The number of licenses in use and the total number of licenses available are displayed above the list.

Create new user

  • Click invite user
  • A new window will open
    Admin - User - Settings
  • Enter the name and the e-mail address of the user
  • Select a role (license)
  • Select the permissions (only for "Full access" role)
  • Set the language of the invitation email

NOTE: Creating an account is only possible as long as at least one free license is available.

Hint: If you want to invite more than one user, check the "Invite another user" box.

Make changes to a user

To make changes to a user, click on the gear icon on the right side of the user's row.

Admin - Users & Access - Users (EN)

The following settings can be made here:

  • Change email address
  • Select login service
  • Set role / license
  • Assign permissions (only for "Full access" role)
