The Method Explorer provides activity templates for various methods. Learn how you can use the activity templates to make your processes even more efficient.
If your company uses the Method Explorer, you can use the activity templates from the Valuedesk Method Explorer.
NOTE: An activity template is used to quickly create activities. By transferring them, you quickly have the first activities stored in your process. You can change the activities in the process at any time.
To select the activity template, proceed as follows:
- Go to the desired process
- Select the suitable method
- If the method has an activity template, this is displayed below the method
- Click on "Show activity template"
- A new window opens
- Select the activities you want to use
- Confirm your selection by clicking on "Create activities"
