Change email address

The email address can be changed only by the administrator. Learn how to change a user's email address as an administrator.

Email addresses can change. Is it due to a changed name, a typing error or due to a change in the domain. If this is the case, the e-mail addresses in Valuedesk will also need to be adjusted.
Changing the email address is possible only by an administrator. The users themselves have no possibility to make the change.

Change of email address by the administrator

  1. Go to the administration area
  2. Go to the user overview
  3. Go to the settings of the corresponding user
  4. Adjust the e-mail address
  5. Save the changes
