Create personal views for a perfect overview with one click.
Save your personal configurations and filter selection under Processes as a separate view. This way, you always have them at hand and can get a quick overview of your focus topics at any time.
Where do I find the "Views"?
You can find the views below the navigation bar in the section Processes.
The different elements in the views bar
"Standard" view
The "Standard" view shows the last state of your configuration, such as filters, columns, sorting and all other settings. In addition, you can save the selected configuration right next to it as a personal view, if you need it more often.
„+ Add view”
Click "+ Add view" to add a new view with your currently selected configuration. This will allow you to access it again at any time. We recommend giving your newly created view a meaningful name.
After that you can edit your personal settings on the left side.
When you are done, you can save the combination of settings on the right by clicking "Save view".
NOTE: In the table view, the column selection and width are also saved.
Change existing view and save
If you make changes to an existing view, you can update the view by clicking "Save view". The view keeps the old name, but gets a new configuration.
Reset
Otherwise, you can use the "Reset" button to restore your last saved view. Please keep in mind that unsaved changes to a view will be lost when you exit the view.
Rename view
If the name of the view is no longer applicable, you can assign a new name via "Rename view".
You find this option in the drop down menu next to "Save view".
Remove view
You can delete a view that is no longer used by simply clicking on "Remove view". This removes the view and the configuration.
