      Customize user information

      In your personal profile you can customize your name, add contact details as well as other information and upload a personal profile photo.

      Use the opportunity to customize your profile. Your profile will look more professional as soon as you have entered all the information. With a personal profile photo, you stand out from the crowd and contribute to a more human environment.

      Change name

      1. Click on your profil-icon top right.

      2. Go to "Settings".
      3. Your profile will open.
      4. Here you can customize your information.

      Upload profile photo

      To upload a picture, scroll down further in your profile. Proceed as follows:

      1. Click on "Select image".

      2. Select the file to upload on your computer.
      3. Confirm the file with "Open".
      4. Click the "Upload" button (in the bottom left corner).

      5. Your profile picture will appear on the left side.

      You can always return to the icon with your initials by clicking the "Delete profile picture" button.

      HINT: Our Value Management System supports all common image formats. We recommend the JPEG and PNG file formats. In any case, make sure that the photo is of good quality. When uploading, all photos are cropped to a 1:1 format, so square image formats are preferable.

      Language setting

      It is possible to switch between the languages German and English. To do this, select the language you want to use in the system from the drop-down menu.

      Set preferred currency

      You can set your default currency. This currency is set when you create a process.

      HINT: When creating the system, the currencies used in your company have already been stored. Also, the exchange rate of your company per calendar year is taken into account.
