Overview of all activities

Learn how to get a quick overview of all activities assigned to you or created by you.

Click on "Activities" in the navigation. An overview of all activities opens. You can use filter settings to further refine the selection of activities.

Filter options

The following filters are available with the respective filter settings.

Show activities

Select between

• All visible for me
  
  • Shows all the activities you can see
• Assigned to me
  • Shows all activities that are your responsibility
• Created by me
  
  • Shows all activities that have been created by you

Status

• All
  • Shows all activities
• Open
  • Shows only open activities
• Completed
  • Shows all completed activities

Sort by

Once you have filtered out your selection of activities, you can additionally adjust the sorting. The following options are available in both ascending and descending order:

• Due date 
  • Sort by due date
  • ascending: activities without due date are displayed first. Then the activities are sorted by due date (oldest date first).
  • descending: all activities with due date (newest date first), then all activities without due date
• Assigned person
  
  • Sort by person
  • ascending: first all unassigned activities, then sorted by name (A → Z)
  • descending: first by name (Z → A), then all unassigned activities
• Creation date
  • Sort by creation date
  • ascending: oldest activity first
  • descending: newest activity first
• Title
  • Sort alphabetically by activity title
  • ascending: A → Z
  • descending: Z → A
• Priority
  
  • Sorting according to assigned priority
  • ascending: low, medium, high
  • descending: high, medium, low

Grouping

Switch on the grouping to get an even better overview. The activities will be grouped according to your selection. You can choose between five groupings:

• Process
• Creator
• Assigned person
• Due date
• Priority

If you activate the grouping "Process", the following sortings are available:

• Potenzial
  
  • Sorting by potential of the process
  • ascending: low potential → high potential
  • descending: high potential → low potential
• Process ID
  
  • Sort by process ID
  • ascending: 0 → highest ID
  • descending: highest ID → 0
• Title
  • Sort alphabetically by process title
  • ascending: A → Z
  • descending: Z → A
• Days until effectiveness
  
  • Sorting by days remaining until effectiveness
  • ascending: fewest days until effectiveness, thereafter no due date
  • descending: no due date, thereafter most to fewest days until effectiveness, overdue

For all other grouping options, sorting in ascending and descending order is available.
