  • Valuedesk is a SaaS (Software as a Service) that requires no installation. All you need to use is an up-to-date web browser.
  • The login options include e-mail and password as well as single sign-on (if activated), which allows you to log in directly.
  • If you choose the e-mail and password option, you will receive an invitation to Valuedesk via e-mail. Once you have received this, you can activate your account by confirming it within 72 hours. If this period has expired, you will automatically receive a new e-mail with an updated link the first time you try to log in.
  • First, set a safe password. The password must comply with Valuedesk's password guidelines. Make absolutely sure that your password is at least 12 characters long, consists of capital and small letters, as well as numbers and special characters. After that, you will have full access to your account.
  • Enter my.valuedesk.com in your browser to access the software

HINT: Save my.valuedesk.de as a bookmark in your browser for future use.

  • The first thing you should do is to set your personal profile settings in the top right-hand corner of Valuedesk and enter as much information as possible. Customize the e-mail notifications in your profile under notifications.
  • In the beginning, we recommend activating all notifications. If they become too many over time, then you can always disable them again.

HINT: Upload an image such as a photo or avatar so that your colleagues can identify you more quickly.

  • Valuedesk also works on mobile devices such as a smartphone (please note that not all functions are available due to the smaller screen). There is no app required for this! You only need to enter my.valuedesk.de in your browser. Save the URL to your home screen for quick access.
  • If you do not log out after your use, you will remain logged in for another 7 days.
  • You can find the knowledge base directly in the Valuedesk software.
    • Click on the question mark in the upper right-hand corner.
    • Click on the "Knowledge Database" link.
    • Enter your search term in the knowledge database or find the answers using the matching article listings.
  • If you don't get the right answer, contact your internal contact person at the company.
