What is the grid view?
The grid view is the central and tabular listing of all processes. Customize the grid view to your needs using filters and selection options and get all necessary information about all processes.
Where can I find the table view?
- Go to "Processes"
- Switch the view to "Grid" if necessary
How can I display specific processes?
In the grid view, filter options and further possibilities are available on the left side to adapt the view to your question.
NOTE: Only the measures that are visible to the user are displayed in the table.
Search
Use the search to search directly for processes in the table.
Columns
To customize the columns in the table, click "Change Columns”.
- A new window opens
- On the left side, select the properties you want to view
To adjust the order of the columns proceed as follows:
- Move the columns on the right side using drag and drop
- Click the six dots next to the title and move the line
With a click on the trash can icon you delete the column from your configuration. You can use the column again at any time by adding it again.
Processes
In the Processes section, select the processes to be displayed. You have the choice between measures and post-captures.
NOTE: Other selection options may also be available here through customizing.
Scope
In the scope you can adjust the selection to a specific period or company.
Filter
Refine your results using filters. To do this, you can use predefined filter options or create your own filters.
To create your own filter, click the "+" above the predefined filter options.
