The Valuedesk software is structured like a funnel. This helps to show the current status of processing and to document the degree of achievement.
Start idea for a measure / process
To start a process, click the orange plus in your navigation bar. Assign a meaningful title and start.
Now you can enter and specify your idea for a measure. When creating your measure, you can maintain and deposit all available information on the left side.
Potential Estimation (Plan)
The rough estimate of the € potential of the measure for one or more companies/sites.
Visibility
Each measure you see first only yourself! So you can continue working on it alone or share and edit it with selected users. Of course, you can also set your idea to "visible" immediately and thus share it with all users from your company.

Decision
The level decision is used to make a decision based on the data developed in the potential assessment. The documentation of the decision to pursue the measure is also recorded here.
Implementation
This level visualizes the degree of implementation of the measure. Work with activities to allocate the next tasks.
Potential Confirmation (FC)
In this level, the € potential and the effectiveness period of the estimation are reconfirmed or adjusted if necessary.
Confirmation of effectiveness
At the end of the measure process, it must be confirmed that the measure is complete and that all results have been documented and verified. After closing, the measure cannot be processed any further. The result is frozen and is thus valid.
