In order to be able to achieve a goal, a target and a savings funnel are required.
But what is a savings funnel? You can imagine it like a regular funnel. According to the logic, ideas (Opportunities) must be entered at the top, and only then, after being filtered through the various levels, do savings emerge at the bottom.

Where can I find the savings funnel?

You can view the savings funnel under Dashboards and customize it individually.

Simply add the funnel chart to your dashboard.

Example

Savings target defined by the company per year: €1 million
Average value of a measure: 50,000 €
Average implementation time: 6 months

It should be noted that on average, only about 20% of the measures are actually implemented. It is perfectly normal that many measures are discarded during the implementation process.

According to this calculation, 100 measures would need to be fed into the savings funnel to ultimately implement 20 measures and achieve the savings target of €1 million.

100 x 0,2 = 20

20 x 50.000 € = 1.000.000 €

In addition, delays and postponements may occur for various reasons. The presentation and overview of the savings funnel makes it possible to always keep track.
