Administration of the processes

As an administrator, you can archive processes so that users can no longer find them. Also learn how to change the visibility of processes and reopen a level that was accidentally closed.

The processes section shows all processes (measures, post captures) in the system. A distinction is made between active processes and archived processes.

  • Active processes are visible in the system by the user with full license depending on the visibility setting of the process
  • Archived processes are no longer visible for users

Administrators can edit processes under Data management / Processes. For this purpose, individual processes can be edited via the gear icon (right). If several processes are to be edited simultaneously, they can be preselected and edited uniformly via the drop-down menu above the process list.

Important settings on processes

  • Archive
  • Change visibility (switch between "visible" and "private")
  • Reopen the last completed level

Hint: If a process was closed by accident, it can be reopened in the administration section.
