User permissions

Here you find a list of all user permissions.

• Admin: An administrator can access the admin section and make any changes there without restriction.
• Can always decide: Users with this permission are allowed to edit the "Decision" level. Only they can be selected as the decision maker.
• Controls partner access: As soon as you want to include partners on your platform, users with the permission can allow partners for Mail-2-Measure (M2M) as long as partner accesses are free.
• Can use the CSV export: Users are allowed to download the results as a CSV file under Processes.
• Can see and comment all processes: With this permission, all processes (measures, post captures) can be viewed and commented on regardless of the visibility setting.
• Can edit all processes: With this permission, all processes (measures, post captures) can be edited regardless of the visibility setting.

• Can use the opportunity space: The Opportunities section (in the navigation) is visible and enabled for editing only for users with this permission.
• Can use public API: With this permission, the user can use the API. For this purpose, a token must be created under the personal settings.*
  * This function is currently not available.
• Can manage documents for methods: Only users with this permission are allowed to upload documents for methods in the method explorer. This allows methods to be enriched with company-specific templates (Excel calculations, instructions, ...), which simplifies the use of the methods for users. Deletion of files is also possible with this permission.
• Can complete processes: Only users with this permission are allowed to complete the last level.
